Many days end unsettled and upsetting, it’s natural to want to withdraw or force fixes. Especially in days like these as our country undergoes big changes. How do we care for our souls with all the things demanding our attention and energy? That’s an important and personal question, one we each have to find our own answer to because what works for me won’t necessarily work for you.
